Step 1
Watch the video (it takes two minutes).
Step 2
Look at it again, pausing where necessary, and answer the quick questions, spending no more than two minutes on each.
Don’t think too much about your answers, simply note down your first responses.
You will still have time to review your plan and print it out before the hour is up!
You’ll then have a great first draft on which to build your ideas.
